Cookie & Local Storage Notice
Provisional version · Owner review required. Based on the legal draft dated 28 October 2026. Not final approved terms.
What this site stores
The website uses browser local storage to retain an Enquiry Basket and a visitor's preferred product display mode (Grid or Large Cards). Staff sign-in also uses browser storage for authentication and invitations.
Essential technologies
Storage that is strictly necessary for a service requested by the visitor may be used without prior consent where an applicable exemption applies, while still providing clear information. The basket stores the products and quantities you select; the display preference remembers a view you choose. Staff authentication storage supports signed-in administration.
Storage inventory and duration
orbital-enquiry-basket: selected equipment and quantities, stored locally by this website. orbital-home-view: your selected Grid or Large Cards mode, stored locally by this website. Neither has an automatic expiry; they remain until cleared or changed. Submitting an equipment enquiry clears the basket.
Staff authentication: Lovable Cloud uses an sb-…-auth-token local-storage entry for a session that may be refreshed while signed in, and removed on sign-out. orbital-admin-invite retains a pending invitation until accepted or browser data is cleared. These entries are for staff access, not customer accounts.
Analytics and optional technologies
No analytics, advertising pixels, Facebook SDKs or third-party widgets are installed in the application code. The Facebook link opens an external website only when selected; that site's own privacy and storage practices apply. Hosting and external services may process technical request information under their own arrangements. Non-essential technologies must not be enabled before any required consent has been obtained.
Controls
Visitors can usually clear cookies and site data through browser settings; doing so may reset their basket or viewing preference and sign staff out. You can also remove equipment from your basket or change the selected display mode.
