Website Terms of Use
Provisional version · Owner review required. Based on the legal draft dated 28 October 2026. Not final approved terms.
Scope
These terms govern use of the Orbital Digital website. The site provides information about IT equipment and construction surveying services and allows visitors to request quotations or further information.
No online purchase
Adding a product to the Enquiry Basket or submitting an enquiry does not place an order, reserve stock, create a binding contract or require payment. Any subsequent supply or services contract is subject to an expressly agreed quotation and applicable terms.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep descriptions, indicative prices, specifications and availability current, but errors or changes may occur. Product condition, delivery, taxes and final pricing will be confirmed before any binding agreement. Images may be illustrative unless stated otherwise.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious content or use enquiry forms for spam or unlawful activity.
Intellectual property
Website branding, text, layouts and original content are owned by or licensed to the relevant rights holders. Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. No rights are granted except ordinary personal or business browsing.
External services and links
Links to third-party services are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices, except as required by law.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or statutory consumer rights. Subject to those protections, website information is provided for general enquiry purposes and is not a professional instruction or final quotation.
Contact and governing law
For website questions, use our Contact page. A specific UK governing-law jurisdiction has not yet been approved for these provisional terms. Mandatory protections that apply to users are unaffected.
