Equipment Enquiry & Supply Information
Provisional version · Owner review required. Based on the legal draft dated 28 October 2026. Not final approved terms.
How the enquiry process works
Visitors may select listed IT equipment, adjust quantities and submit an Enquiry Basket. This is a request for information or a quotation only, not a purchase. Orbital Digital will review stock, condition, delivery requirements and pricing before responding.
Prices and stock
Displayed prices are indicative unless expressly confirmed in an accepted quotation. VAT registration and whether displayed prices include VAT remain subject to owner confirmation; tax treatment and the final total must be confirmed before a binding agreement. Stock quantities and product conditions may change before an order is agreed.
Product condition
Equipment may be new, second-hand or refurbished as identified in its listing. Material details, included accessories, tested condition and any applicable warranties should be confirmed in the quotation or order confirmation.
Quotations and contracts
A quotation is not binding until accepted in the manner stated in that quotation and confirmed by Orbital Digital. Delivery, payment, title, risk, cancellation and return terms must be disclosed and agreed before a binding sale. Do not rely on this webpage as a substitute for transaction-specific terms.
Consumer rights
Where sales are made to consumers, mandatory UK consumer protections apply. Any cancellation, return or refund policy must comply with the applicable law and the circumstances of the sale. Statutory rights are not excluded.
Business purchases
For business-to-business orders, additional written supply terms may apply if clearly provided and agreed before contract formation.
Surveying services
Construction surveying enquiries are requests to discuss scope and receive a proposal. No appointment, site visit, professional deliverable or service contract is created by submitting the website form. Scope, assumptions, fees, insurance and programme must be agreed separately in writing.
